Cleansing & Charging Your Crystals

         Over time and after using your crystals for healing or a specific purpose they begin to accumulate negative energy. They work very actively to release and remove built up stress, tension, negative thought patterns and emotion, and other negative energies from our bodies. Luckily cleansing them of these negative energy can be done easily in a few different method's... let your intuition guide you to the one that feels most comfortable to you.

- Sage- Running the crystals under sage smoke for a few moments, as you do this visualize and set the intention of the smoke clearing away all the built up negativity with white light. make sure the hit all the sides of the crystal and this should only take a few moments.

- Sea Salt- Leave the crystals in a zip lock bag or a clear glass bowl of sisal overnight.

- Sun- Leave the crystals out in the morning sunlight. Do not leave them out in the sun for longer then an hour as they may crack.

- Moonlight- Leave them out overnight in a full moon.

- Running water- A lot of crystals can be charged in running water, quartz crystals love water. Just hold it in your left hand and visualize the water carrying away the negative energies.

- Intention- Hold the crystal in your left hand and visualize it surrounded in white light, take a few allow deep breaths with the intention of cleansing and charging the crystal for the highest good, do this for a few moments.
